Please review the following guidelines to help ensure a pleasant experience for all guests at Café Nocturne.

1. Arrive on time to your scheduled seating. Arrivals 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will be denied entry. No refunds for tickets will be given.

2. Large props/weapons are to be stored out of the way for the safety of staff and patrons. Cafe staff will safely store those items at the back of the room. It is your responsibility to remember to collect your items before you leave.

3. The Cafe is a safe space for everybody. Bullying, aggression, harassment, etc. is not tolerated and offenders will be removed after 1 warning by management. No refunds for tickets will be given.

4. Cafe staff can refuse to perform any offered service on the Token Menu at any time. Patrons who refuse to accept the no from staff may be removed from the cafe at management's discretion. No refunds for tickets will be given.

5. Intoxicated patrons will not be admitted into the cafe. No refunds for tickets will be given.

6. Patrons under 18 years of age will not be admitted to the After Dark show (ID is required for admittance to this show). No refund for tickets will be given.
